N1Hype MMA League Terms of Service (New Zealand)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the N1Hype MMA League platform (the “Platform”), including the N1Hype website and the N1Hype app (the “App”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Platform. Unauthorized use of the Platform or violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.
2. Eligibility and Account Creation
To use the N1Hype MMA League platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to form a binding contract. By registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate information and ensure that all personal details remain up-to-date. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
3. Use of Platform and Content
Proprietary Rights: All content available on the N1Hype website and App, including but not limited to video streams, graphics, and text, is owned or licensed by N1Hype MMA or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of any content is prohibited. User Content: When you submit content, such as comments, reviews, or media, you grant N1Hype MMA a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content across the Platform for promotional purposes.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment Methods: N1Hype supports various payment methods, including credit cards, cryptocurrency, and other approved platforms. All transactions are processed securely in accordance with our privacy policy. Refund Policy: All purchases, including tickets, merchandise, subscriptions, and NFTs, are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. Refunds will only be issued in cases of technical issues or platform unavailability.
5. Streaming and Event Participation
Live Streaming: By using N1Hype MMA streaming services, you acknowledge that streams are for personal, non-commercial use. Any attempt to record or redistribute streams without permission is prohibited. Event Participation: Participants in N1Hype MMA events (fighters, teams, etc.) must comply with N1Hype’s conduct guidelines and code of ethics. Any violation may result in disqualification or suspension from future events.
6. Blockchain and Web3 Transactions
N1Hype may utilize blockchain technology and NFTs for transactions and collectibles. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and secure via decentralized protocols. N1Hype is not responsible for lost or inaccessible tokens or wallets.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited on the Platform: Misuse of Platform Features: Engaging in disruptive behavior, harassment, or use of offensive language. Automated Interaction: Using bots, scraping, or data mining tools to interact with the Platform. Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in fraudulent transactions, impersonating others, or misrepresenting personal information. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts.
8. Limitation of Liability
N1Hype MMA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform, including loss of access, data, or personal content. N1Hype is not responsible for any losses due to technical issues or service disruptions.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
10. Amendments to Terms
N1Hype reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Communication Consent
By creating an account, you consent to receive promotional emails, notifications, and updates from N1Hype regarding events, promotions, and other important information. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
